π Booth Fee PolicyΒ
All booth fees are non-refundable. Your registration reserves a space specifically for your business, which means that spot may no longer be available to another interested vendor.
Booth fees also help offset the costs associated with marketing the Winter Market, staffing the event, and preparing, maintaining, and providing our greenhouse space for market days.
We understand that plans sometimes change. With at least one week's notice, your booth fee may be transferred to another available Winter Market date during the same season.
Cancellations made with less than one week's notice are not eligible for a transfer or refund.
All booth fee transfers are subject to space and availability on the requested market date.
π£ Marketing Policy
Fiddleheads will promote The Market at Fiddle Farms as a whole through our social media, website, and email newsletter. Our marketing may include photos and content captured during the market.
Individual vendors are responsible for marketing and promoting their own businesses and participation in the Winter Market. While Fiddleheads does not create individual vendor marketing, we're happy to support your efforts.
If you'd like a vendor spotlight featured on our social media, you may create the content and send it to us for consideration. We're also happy to share appropriate vendor-created posts about the Winter Market when possible.
All vendor-provided content must be reviewed and approved by the Fiddleheads Marketing Department before being shared on Fiddleheads' social media channels.
We encourage everyone to help spread the wordβthe more we all share, the stronger our Winter Market community becomes!
βοΈ Vendor Communication
Email will be our primary method of communication with Winter Market vendors. We will use email to share important market information, updates, reminders, schedules, and other details you may need throughout the season.
Vendors are responsible for providing a current, working email address that is checked regularly and for letting us know if that email address changes.
Please make a habit of checking your email for Winter Market communications. Missing or overlooking an email does not change vendor deadlines, requirements, or other important market information included in that communication.
Keeping up with market emails will help ensure you're prepared and have the information you need for each market.
