It is key you give us every detail so we can accommodate you and your guests to the best of our abilities. We request that you give us a head count of people, a date and time, and of course information regarding the event itself. 

We do require a down payment to be paid before the event and sometimes it to be paid in full before the event occurs. This tends to vary depending on what the occasion is.
